Pilates focuses on stretching and strengthening
the whole body and can improve muscle tone around the midriff developing
a strong core, flat abdominals and a strong back.
Pilates can improve balance , strength and flexibility, building long
lean muscles in the process. Exercises address postural problems and
can help back pain.
Pilates is suitable for the sedentary to the athletic and can be adapted
accordingly. Many sports professionals and elite athletes now use Pilates
as part of their training
Instructor led by Nicky a level 3 Pilates instructor with qualifications
in Older Adult Pilates, Pilates for Orthopaedic conditions and Kids Pilates.
0 to 90 Fitness offer a variety of Pilates classes. We
can also provide one to one sessions and small group training.
Our Pilates Classes are available
in Aughton and Maghull.
